You Have Permission to Delete These Photos
Say goodbye to junk photos! Don’t get me wrong — I love photos but we don’t need all of them, nor should we expect our future generations to want to keep them all.
Keep the photos (and videos) that tell a story and show people, places, and things that you love most. Simply stated, only keep the images should bring you joy!
Let’s face it — most of the photos we take are not needed. You have permission to delete these photos.
- Screenshots
- Selfies
- Near Duplicates
- Reminders
- Informative Photos
- Food Photos
- Landscapes
- Bad or Blurry Photos (unless it’s the only one you have)
- Burst and Live Photos
- Recipes
- Memes
- Unintentional or Unflattering Photos
Try to do a little deleting each day. Keep some, as needed, but not all of them. What’s the saying? “Everything in moderation.”
